The Chhota Kashmir Garden and lake are located on opposite sides of the road. The lake has boating facilities and also has been a shooting location for many Bollywood songs.

Things to do at Chhota Kashmir Mumbai
1. Boating at Chhota Kashmir Lake: The lake of Chhota Kashmir, spread across an area of 4 acres, is the only water body within the vicinity of Mumbai city where one can go boating, both in a rowboat and paddleboat. Open for visitors all days of the week, the surroundings of the lake is very peaceful due to its location.
2. Chhota Kashmir Garden: The garden is located on the other side of the road from the lake. When it would be out of scope for movies to be shot in Kashmir or Shimla due to a variety of reasons in the past, the well-manicured garden of Chhota Kashmir would serve as an alternative location for several Bollywood movie songs.
The garden is visited by couples as well as families. Kids from nearby schools are taken for picnics here. The garden is perfect to spot birds like egrets, tropical mynahs and parrots. There are also a great variety of butterflies to watch for.
